Use a promo code

A promo code gives you free access to a plan for a set time, with nothing to pay. You might receive one from us at an event or from a colleague.

Entering a code

1. Open Billing.
2. Type the code into the Promo code box and press Apply.

A banner then tells you which code is in use, which plan it covers and when it ends.

Good to know

• A code works once per account, even after it has ended.
• You can use one code at a time. To enter a different one, stop using the first.
• Some codes are for one plan only. If you enter one for a different plan, it will say so.
• A code never shortens days you already have on a plan.
• Free access does not charge a card, and it does not renew. When it ends, subscribe to keep your site online.

Stopping a code

On the banner choose Stop using this code, and confirm. Your access ends straight away and the site goes back to the state of an expired plan, with your content kept. That code cannot be used on your account again. You can enter a different code, or subscribe.
