EduProfile

What happens if your subscription expires

The grace period, suspension, and how to get your profile back.

If a renewal is missed or a payment fails, your profile is not removed.

First 7 days

Your profile stays live and looks exactly the same to visitors. Only you see a renewal prompt in your dashboard.

After 7 days

Your profile is suspended. Visitors see a holding page with your name on it instead of your content. Your content is kept, and your slug is never given to anyone else.

Getting it back

Renew at any point and your profile returns exactly as it was.

If you cancel

Your plan and your site stay live until the end of the period you paid for. After that your profile is suspended, as above. If you subscribe again before that date, a new period starts the day you pay, so the days you have left do not carry over. To keep them, subscribe on or after the end date.

Your own domain and personal address (Pro)

These are part of the Pro plan, so they stop working when Pro ends or you move to a lower plan, with no grace period. Visitors are sent to your eduprofile.ng/<your address> page instead. We keep your domain connected, so choosing Pro again brings it back at once, and you can remove it from the Domain page any time.
