Projects, supervision, patents, certifications and editorial roles
Pro plan: five sections for the parts of an academic record that are not publications.
On Pro, Edit Profile has five more sections. Each is a list you add to one entry at a time, and each can be switched off for your site without losing what you wrote.
Projects
Research, creative or community work, whether or not it was funded: the project, your role, where it took place or who you worked with, the years, a short description and a link. Funded projects can also go under Grants & Projects, which shows the funder and the amount.
Supervision
Theses and projects you have supervised or are supervising: the title, the level (PhD, Master's or undergraduate), your role (main supervisor or co-supervisor), whether it is completed or ongoing, and the year. A student's name is optional. Add it only if the student has agreed, because it is shown on your public site.
Patents
The title, the patent or application number, whether it is granted, pending or filed, the year and a link.
Certifications
Professional certificates, licences and short courses, with who issued them and the year.
Editorial and reviewing
Journals and panels you edit, review for or serve on. Pick your role (editor-in-chief, editor, associate editor, guest editor, editorial board member, reviewer, or grant or funding panel), name the journal or panel, and give the years. Leave the end year blank if you still hold the role.
On your site and in your CV
The sections appear on the main page of every template, newest first, and in the CV download. If your plan moves below Pro, they are hidden from visitors and from the CV, and nothing is deleted: they come back if you upgrade again.
Two small additions to existing sections
Teaching now has a from and to year for each course, and Events has a "Your part" choice (attended, spoke, keynote speaker or organised), so one list can show both conferences you went to and talks you gave. Both are open to the plans that already have those sections.
