Download or delete your account
Take a copy of your data, or close your account for good.
Both are in Settings, under Account.
Download your data
Choose Download my data. You get a file with your account, your profile and everything you added to it: sections, posts, settings and your subscription and payment history. It never includes your password, security codes or card details. Details about other people who booked or commented on your site are counted, not copied.
You can ask for a copy a few times an hour.
Delete your account
Choose Delete my account and confirm with your password. If you signed up with Google and have no password, you are asked to sign in again first.
What happens:
- If you have a paid plan, we stop it first. If we cannot be sure it has stopped, your account is not deleted, so you are never charged for an account that is gone. Try again, or contact us.
- Your profile, sections, files and everything else are removed. This cannot be undone.
- If your site was ever published, or you ever paid, your address is retired for good and is never given to anyone else. Otherwise it becomes free to use again.
Not sure? Pause your site or take it offline instead. Both keep everything.
An account that never subscribed is deleted automatically 60 days after it was created. We email you 7 days and 2 days before, so you can subscribe to keep it.
