Find your way around the dashboard
What the Overview shows and where each part of your site is edited.
The Overview is the first page you see after signing in. From top to bottom:
- Your site's status. Whether your site is online, in private preview, paused or offline, with the buttons to publish, pause or take it offline. Your address is shown here once there is one.
- Three numbers. Profile views in the last 7 days, your citation count (shown as "—" until you update it from your ORCID link) and consultation requests in the last 7 days. On Pro, the views number links to Analytics.
- Quick actions. Shortcuts to edit your profile, choose a template, see analytics and manage billing.
- Share your profile. Once your site is live: your link with a copy button, a QR code and a ready-made email signature.
- Recent activity. The latest views, bookings and comments.
- Finish setting up your profile. A short checklist: a photo, research interests, consultation hours, an ORCID or Google Scholar link and a verified institution email. Each item takes you to the right place.
The sidebar is the rest of the dashboard:
- Edit Profile is where every section of your site is written, including your links, publications and CV import.
- Consultation holds your hours, days off and requests.
- Templates changes how your site looks.
- Announcement puts a short notice on every page of your site.
- Search and sharing controls how your site appears in Google and in shared links.
- Blog and Analytics are part of Pro, and Domain lets a Pro site use your own address.
- Billing shows your plan, payments and receipts.
- Help has these guides and a way to write to us.
- Settings covers your sign-in, email, notifications and account.
A section marked with a plan badge is part of a higher plan. Opening it shows what it does and how to upgrade.
