How the 7-day trial works
What you can do before subscribing, when the trial ends, and what happens then.
Every account starts with a 7-day trial, counted from the day you create it.
What you can do
You can fill in every section of your profile, choose a template, and preview your site privately as often as you like. Only you can see it. A few things are limited until you subscribe:
- Publishing. Your site goes online only once you subscribe to a plan. After you subscribe, press Publish on your dashboard; it is never published without you.
- Reading a CV. If you have a Pro plan selected, you can upload a CV to fill in your profile. Before you subscribe, one CV is read, and only its first 3,000 words (about 6 pages). Subscribing removes both limits.
After the 7 days
Your site becomes read-only. You can still sign in, look at everything, preview your site and subscribe, but nothing can be changed until you do. Subscribing unlocks editing again at once.
No payment required
You do not need to pay or enter any payment details to start. Nothing is charged during the trial.
When it ends
Before the 7 days end, or any time after, you can:
- subscribe to a plan, or
- apply a promo code.
We email you 2 days before editing stops. Your account is kept for 60 days from sign-up, and we email you 7 days and 2 days before then. A trial account that has not subscribed after 60 days is deleted automatically, together with everything you built, and cannot be recovered. You are welcome to sign up again at any time.
See the pricing for what each plan includes, and the Refund Policy for cancelling.
